Love taking my granddaughter here after church on Sundays her tea party lunch. Good food kids eat for $2.99 dessert and drink with an adult. The whole thing for me and my granddaughters around $18. That's home cooking always have extras

Either you love cafeteria food or you don't, and if it's the latter, don't bother eating here thinking it will be anything other than classic old-school cafeteria food.

As someone who loves all things vintage and also someone who grew up eating cafeteria food with my family, I was immediately drawn to S&S while staying nearby. Food was good, and exactly what I expected. If you order the value platter it's a great deal, especially for kids, but if you order a la carte it can add up. In addition to the regular items, they have daily specials. Line service was a bit on the slower side, but our table server, Tess, was super sweet and attentive. Our family had an early dinner at 5pm on a Monday so it was really quiet - not sure if this is how it always is.

Cafeterias like this are a dying breed, so I love to eat at them whenever I can find one. In terms of a retro dining experience, it did not disappoint.

I went tonight as a party of 12 around 6pm. Our food was cold. Some of the party asked for refunds because of the food being so cold. Management needs to look into a better warming system.

The servers were awful. The waitresses were great, the checkout person was very pleasant and nice. When we got our food everyone of them that served us was nasty and not friendly at all . When you said thank you, they looked at you and said nothing. I've been eating at S & S since it was on St. Phillips Street. I'm not happy with this now. I won't be back.

Someone took me out for Thanksgiving lunch. Roast Beef, Red Potatoes, grilled onions, lettuce & tomatoes, seasoned Green Beans, and Mexican Corn Bread.

Wonderful food. Well seasoned, clean surroundings, and friendly attentive staff

Veteran friendly as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great place for after church for me my granddaughter enjoys a $299 great lunch meat and two vegetables desert and drink for that price with an adult.? I love the food so does my granddaughter. ♥️Picking her dessert ?
