I purchased two batches of seedlings. The first, sweatpeas, arrived in tip top condition. However, a few weeks later I had a problem with the second batch, bean seedlings, which had been put in a slightly too small box, thus damaging several of the delicate stems. When I complained, I received an immediate response and an offer of a replacement, which I took up. This enabled me to work round my problem and I am still hoping to achieve the effect I want in my garden.

I ordered some onion sets on Sunday and they arrived in perfect order the next day.
They included a useful information leaflet on onion growing as well.
No complaints at all! Very impressed.

DO NOT USE THIS CENTRE the flowers I received can only be described as WEEDS . I paid £60.00 for hanging baskets 20 plants and received no more than 6 plants . I've yet to receive my whole order several weeks on and NO contact for over a week asking for my money back. A DISGRACE AVOID !
This is what I received !! and 2 weeks on still no refund . seems they cant get anything right . Ow and half my order still not arrived ! AVOID

Ordered around 8 weeks ago and while I appreciate demand and situation the quality has been very poor. I’m not sure some will make it but we will persevere (example photo of a rotting Phlox). Still yet to receive 4 items though did receive a mystery refund for one of the plants. No communication, don’t answer phones, email inbox full. Compare this to Waitrose garden, order arrived all to gather within 4 weeks and all plants look great. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Hope to get my remaining plants soon...

Avoid, Avoid Avoid! One of the worst online companies I've ever used. Half the order doesn't get sent at all, and the other half arrives in appalling condition due to careless packaging. I have had to start a disputed transaction with my card supplier as they simply do not answer emails or phone calls to resolve. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Appalling. Ordered several plants - none have arrived yet, save for one sorry specimen. It's dead. It stinks.
The "plant" was packaged in a flimsy plastic box, and put into a paper envelope. It was crushed and battered.
This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a garden supplier - I wouldn't accept a brick shipped this way, let alone a delicate plant.

Unfortunately the onion and shallot packs I bought weighed short 400g when should have been 500g that was including the packaging too. I ordered a spade but the listing was not clear it was a light small spade I asked to return and was told it would be £10 charge. Plants arrived in a decent condition but I wouldn’t purchase again due to the above.

Careful not be trapped as i was. Ordered onion sets on 16th of June, got them delivered today 21st of September. I may have spring onion on Christmas day from my garden...
I recommend you to look somewhere else if you want to avoid this kind of services.
