I have been a patient of dr cash for 4 years. I have noticed the few negative reviews I have seen on here are in regard to his administrative staff from several years ago. He changed practices and offices in the last year or 2 and I must say, while my experience with his former administrative staff was not quite as bad as some others have described, his new staff at his new office are much much better. Much shorter wait times, a lot more attentiveness and extremely helpful when you call.

I have experience multiple bone fractures and a litany of other debilitating conditions over the years. Through this period Dr Cash has been compassionate and provided excellent and extensive support he has comprehensive understanding of his field. , he has guided me through various Physical Therapy journeys and assisted with excellent trigger point injections.

Never seen Cash but he has done a review for my workers compensation board. I think this is wrong. I have been disabled for all most 20 years. I think ny should at least have a Dr see me in order to do a review. Hell I could be dead.

Dr. Cash is terrible. It's clear that his only mission is to schedule as many appointments as possible, bill insurance companies, and move on. Why is he terrible? Good question!
While sitting in the ER after just finding out my husband had a giant tumor in his intestine, Dr. Cash called my husband and told him he needed to come in to take a drug test. When my husband said "Doc, I'm in the ER, I just found out I have a tumor." his response was "well, you either need to come in today when you're done or tomorrow if you don't want to be discharged from the practice." How do I know this? I was sitting right there. When confronted about this, Dr. Cash lied and said he didn't know he was in the hospital. Of course, when pressed, we found out it really wouldn't have mattered one way or another if he did come in for the drug test. If you're looking for quality healthcare, he's not the one to provide it.
Now let's move on to the office staff. They're rude, they are not helpful, they don't know what they're doing, and apparently none of this matters. We have called the office 3 times for medical records. 3 times we were told they were being mailed to us. As it turns out, that was also a lie. Dr. Cash tried to sway us from getting his full medical records by telling us how tedious it would be to print out hundreds of pages (If I gave an answer like that to one of my clients, I'd be fired). After reminding him it is our legal right to have those medical records he decided to tell me that we needed to put in writing that we wanted them. I'm glad that when we requested them for the first time 2 months ago, we were told that...
The simple facts are Dr. Cash made an accusation, we didn't have the ability to disprove, he said he didn't care that my husband was in the hospital, he treated my husband like a criminal, and he is overall a nasty human being. Doctors are supposed to care for their patients. Dr. Cash does not. He goes beyond having poor bedside manner. Just stay away. No. Run away. Run far far away to another doctor.

What a great pain management doctor. Dr Cash has been handling my horrific pain since January 2021. He is very kind, personable, works with you and listens to what patient has to say. He is sympathetic to my pain and understands my needs. Thank God I was referred to him. Some doctors I met should not be in Pain Management Positions. Thanks Dr. Cash

Dr. Cash's treatments have literally changed my life. I have had serious neck pain since my oldest son was born over 31years ago. I've tried all kinds of doctors from all kinds of specialties, with no significant improvement. Dr. Cash was the first one to suggest botox shots to relieve the spasms. He took the time to explain it all to me and then his office worked hard to make sure they explained to my insurance company why the shots should covered by my insurance. I've just had my third set of botox shots and the difference in my quality of life has been absolutely amazing. Dr. Cash is terrific, as is the front office staff.

I was in severe pain (hands/wrists!) He helped me tremendously with medications. I have seen a huge improvement. He also can certify for medical marijuana--which has also helped a great deal. Dr. Cash is very positive and kind--and he gave me hope.

Dr. Cash takes his time to listen to his patients.
He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly and with patience that most Doctors don't do. He has a new modern office with a very knowledgeable staff. My wait time is 10 minute's maximum. I Highly recommend Dr Cash and would give him 5 stars.
