These 5 stars are not for the shop but for the worker there.

His name is Sammy, and there was a woman who entered the ezymart and was crying. As it turns out her boss was being racist to her as she is a person of colour. Immediately Sammy swooped in and made her feel better like and older brother figure. He was joking and saying do you want me to beat him up while trying to make her laughing.

He was joking around with her and she beginning to crying laughing haha. He even took out his own money and purchased a few drinks and snacks for her. This guy look after all of his customer, and making everybody laughing and smiling and goofy times.

He is also presentable wearing nice clothes with nice attitude for his customer.

Ridiculous store, totally ripping off.. a bottle of water $12.00. On NYE got an umbrella for $23 on NYE , as we wanted another one, we went again after half n hr to grab extra one and the price was ridiculously increased to $40.. Although I was ok and paid $40 using Eftpos and asked for tax invoice, he refused to issue tax invoice or receipt for my purchase and issue me a refund in cash … don’t encourage this business, ripping off people’s hard earned money

There are no price tags in any of their products. They overcharge and scam tourists. If u need to buy water it will be cheaper for any nearby store. Scammers

Don't bother closed half an hour before time on Google maps. Monday night tourist here. Came back after visiting the next closest "convenience store" and guy still inside closing up with doors still locked before closing time.

Other convenience store was a rort too but at least open.

Should have read reviews first. Saw it open in evening. Grabbed 2 packs hand wipes by Nivea. And was shocked these were $10 each!

So bad customerservice . I bought an umbrella and open infront of the rude guy and it was broken .when i tried another it was not original. Very low product.but he was so nasty and didn't like i opeened it.I asked for Refund he said the manager will come this afternoon. This kind of people need to have training. This is Australia. Learn from them and do a proper job.
