You can easily find everything you expect from grocery shopping here. It has always been one of my favorite locations, with its very clean, very tidy, wide variety and constantly changing and enriching content. Each episode is a legend in itself. I think just the variety of cheese is more than most markets. The seafood section is my other favorite section. Fresh fish, shrimp, sushi etc. You can always find daily cake varieties in the patisserie section. Bread variety is another indispensable feature. One of the newest sections is the section where kitchen supplies are sold. You can find many things you can use in the kitchen here. It consists of very high quality and carefully selected materials. If you leave without looking, you may regret it. Finally, there are live music performances that I have seen many times. Hearing the sounds of piano and violin while you are shopping really makes you happy. I will definitely go again.

Great service! The owner is so nice and also helpful! They do perfect shirt and suits cleaning. I've been using this store for years, and recently I bring my expense TB hoodie, they did perfect, removed the stains, and pressed beautifully. I highly recommend their service!

For me, this is certainly one of the most complete units on the network. The store is very large, with well-organized sectors, easy access to identification with large signs and access via bus lines and the St Clair West metro station. The store is very well equipped to serve disabled people and people with low mobility: it has automatic conveyors for access with shopping carts, elevators to serve wheelchair users, people with low mobility and baby strollers and it also has automatic carts inside of the store, for use by the elderly and disabled. The corridors are very spacious, allowing you to move around without any difficulties. The store has an aisle exclusively for international products, has a pharmacy, bakery area, confectionery, butcher shop, fishmonger, sushi, frozen foods, home products and others. In addition, they have humanized service at checkouts and automatic service for fewer items. They also have a flower shop area that is always very well looked after. The produce area is wonderful, always with great products. For those traveling by car, they have their own parking. In the same building there are an optician, a Starbucks and an lcbo.

Older woman, short dark hair, glasses, and a mask. She’s not only a cashier but often oversees self-checkout or works on the floor. Sadly, each time I’ve had to deal with her, it’s been an uncomfortable, almost hostile experience that leaves me wondering why she’s in a customer-facing role if she seems to resent it so much. Every interaction with her feels like an inconvenience to her. When I try to scan my points card, she won’t help unless my phone is positioned exactly as she demands, rather than simply assisting. Changing my payment method is met with a frustrated, “Now I have to redo your whole payment,” as if it’s unreasonable to ask. Even receiving change is made awkward—she places it on the scanner rather than handing it to me, despite my hand being outstretched. And when I was bagging my groceries, she rushed me by shoving my items down the belt, nearly pushing them off the edge, despite there being no one in line behind me. If interacting with people is truly this difficult for her, perhaps a non-customer-facing role would be better suited. Loblaws, I urge you to look into this, as her attitude is driving loyal customers like myself away. I come here to shop comfortably, expecting basic respect, but instead, I’m made to feel unwelcome and even burdensome. This behavior does not align with the values I expect from your store, and I sincerely hope this issue is addressed.

Bright and cheerful atmosphere. Big portions, delicious food, and good service! Would definitely recommend.

Why are customers harassed to leave the store an hour prior to closing? Every single time I enter the store the same older red head lady at customer service who seems to hate her job and looks miserable, will start paging all customers 50 mins prior to closing to leave. She will continue to page customers every 5 mins until closing, you'll be lucky if she gives you 10-15mins before her next page. She's condescending, aggressive and at times long- winded when reminding customers the store is closing at 10 pm. Last time I checked, the customers pay your wage by purchasing groceries and to shop at this location. If you're looking for customer service at this location good luck because the majority of their long term employees look unhappy (besides the older Philippino woman who's always smiling and up beat). Perhaps take some notes from a Farm Boy where you will notice a warm and positive environment, including being pleasant on the P.A system 10 mins prior closing and not 50 mins. Maybe consider extending the store hours due to high volume of traffic in the evening to accommodate the neighborhood who obviously needs a grocery store that is open later. ✌️

food on 50% off shelves is always moldy and rotten. unacceptable state for a billion dollar grocery store to be in, especially with current grocery prices. this problem has been brought to the manager several times in the past few months and nothing changes. and there’s never any baskets or carts, but if you shop with your own bags it’s a problem ‍♀️
