The Dr coded a colon cancer screening wrong and the hospital wanted me to pay upfront for something my insurance covers . I tried to call 3 times to get this sorted out but the Nurse was very rude and unprofessional about this . She said the Dr was out of town and would call me when he got back . The Dr never called me back . This is the most unprofessional place ever . They wasted my time and money and charged me for two consultations for nothing . I should not have to pay for something my insurance covers so had to cancel my colonoscopy. Now I have to find a different Dr start all over again. My mom passed of colon cancer so this was very important to me to get this done . This Dr definitely doesn’t care about my health or well being only making money . My wife has all the same issues I have and went to another Dr and everything went so smoothly for her and she has the same insurance as me and was covered with no issues for the same procedure .

My mother is a new patient with Dr Hackett, and today was her second visit. Dr Hackett had incredible insight regarding her current medical condition! This man was extremely personable and exhibited such care & sincere concern!! This visit was not just about a cure, this experience was about HEALING! Also, his staff….AWESOME!!!
