Bad attitude from cashier, sarcastic! Last night a red headed young woman, the cashier, was rude ! She expected a thank you after being rude ! I wouldn’t have said anything until she opened her mouth! “Have a nice day” said twice very sarcastically especially the 2nd time! So I answered, “ I would answer you back but you were not very pleasant, the other two ladies were nice unlike you” ( bag lady & the other cashier who offered to check me out on her lane bu I was already there so I stayed with nasty red head cashier) … and I walked away! Customer Service is so important! I never have issues with this store.. but she needs training … Ángeles was the name on the receipt!

I was visiting my son in FL and we happened to stop here, twice. Both times there were issues. I was just shocked by the courtesy displayed. I gave them 3 stars cause once was due to a employee and the other was from a customer.

Clean. Lots of employees to help you all the time. Went to get a sandwich and was greeted fast and my sandwich was made perfectly. In and out on a breeze.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced inside a Publix. The deli is beyond understaffed Angelo was the only one making subs while telling customers to wait while online orders that weren't even remotely close to pick up time were made. I’ll be sure to never come back to this Publix.

I am so thankful and impressed by the work done by the Publix Bakery. Espy was kind and ensured that my vision could be executed perfectly, giving me guidance and reassurance when ordering. Arlene truly made this whole concept come to life with her artistry and attention to detail. Thank you so much for making this such a special occasion.
