The shop at home person constantly substitutes things without asking first. I am constantly overpaying or paying for something I didn't order then, no one picks up the phone.
I am disabled and rely on this service. Even worse is, they assume you use food stamps for these orders when in fact, I pay out of my own pocket!
I would like the manager to respond since your department won't.

I came to get lunch there were no prices on the rotisserie chicken to show it was on sale or not. They're the size of Cornish hens not full chickens. When I went to pick out a salad (chicken Caesar salad) it doesn't come with dressing. I tried to get the Attention of the associate Who at first ignored me and then told me they didn't speak any English. When another guy came over he said they wouldn't have dressing in until tomorrow instead of offering to put some in a container.

Firstly Orange ShopRite is horrible !!!! An older lady got mad with me because I wouldn’t let her bag my groceries the way she wanted to bag them I have a certain way of bagging my stuff that I purchased. And then I purchased a some chicken stock brought it home opened the sealed the silver part was opened oh no that’s not it. I purchased some donuts they were molded and lastly the pubic hair in the Ragu Alfredo sauce SHOPRITE ORANGE BRANCH SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BAGGERS CAN BE NASTY oh yes let me not forget that the. Process pepperoni was also old and molded I guess you would ask then why in the world would you keep shopping at that location because when I run out of Uber money I have to go to the location that’s the closes .

This like a one stop shop for all your groceries and Confectioneries. The staffers are courteous and very responsive. I had a great day shopping here today. They also have great discount especially when you’ve got their Shoprite Card and I was able to sign up today for a new card. There’s a wheelchair accessibility entrance and and parking. Also this Shoprite can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic.

Firstly y’all need to do some serious reconsideration when it comes to who y’all are hiring! The self checkout is crazy everybody acts like they don’t wanna be there !! Except the older lady who speaks to everybody ! all the younger people need to be fired or put somewhere else !!! I wonder how they even got the job to begin with !! Last week the new employee with the blond streaks on braids in here hair , how I know she is new because I’m there all the time !! She acted like she didn’t wanna give me a bag all sucking her teeth like she had a problem !! Secondly whoever is in charge of YALL ice cream section need to be let go !! You guys need to stop letting the ice cream melt and then putting in back in the freezers to let it refreeze !! The ice cream is no good it’s get frostbite !! Like I don’t understand why yall don’t understand that! This ShopRite needs to do better if I could give it no stars I would

Do not get deliveries from this location. They constantly leave things out of your order and charge you for it. Then they say you’ll be refunded for it, but it doesn’t get refunded. When you call them to say you need a refund, they just make excuses and don’t end up refunding it.
