I was charged for four pallets of sod that was over and above what I needed. I understand what you order has to be used within a day, I took 3 pallets, and they did the entire job. There was no refund even though they quoted me the sq. Footage I needed. The product was great, but I lost alot of money on the job.

I am so thankful for the patience and kindness of the driver Keith! This delivery was for my local high school and their garden is in an awkward place. He maneuvered the forklift like the ultimate pro not damaging any of the grass or the area on the school grounds. I’ll post pictures of everything once the kids get it going. I’m so happy that I was able to do this donation for our high school, as I love the products myself so much.

My job frequently sends me out to super-sod to pick up sod. For the most part the company is great, they have good quality turf and they’re employees are awesome and they always help out. But a policy change has become a problem, wrapping the pallets of sod is very essential to me and my coworkers. Not only does it give us drivers a peace of mind knowing the rolls of sod wont come loose and fall out but the wrapping helps us secure the pallets more quickly and efficiently. Now that they stopped doing that i spend 30min-1hr extra securing and im stuck worrying every time drive with these pallets. This is the most convenient place for us to pick up sod in the area but at this point id rather drive 30 min extra somewhere else to save the hassle. Please reconsider SuperSod!

I'm a repeat customer. I've purchased more than a few cubic yards of soil/compost over the past 10 years. For the most part I've been satisfied but nothing has been as good as the first delivery I received when they were also selling "raised beds". But my last cubic yard of "veggie soil" (March 2024) is by far the worst soil I've even seen, it looks like chopped up asphalt, dry it is like a rock and wet you can work with it a bit, but my biggest complaint is nothing planted in it is thriving, hardly surviving. This was the 2nd cubic yard I purchased this Spring, the first delivery was as expected, no complaint. I did contact the local Super Sod (Hendersonville) and complained about this 2nd delivery, also sent photos of the soil. I have been completely ignored, even after sending follow up text messages.

Update:
Although the local office chose to ignore me, Atlanta contacted me to help resolve my complaint. After some discussion and a few more photos all is good. I thank the Atlanta people for their concern and willingness to make this right.

Great product...thanks again for the timely delivery. Keith the delivery driver was courteous and very professional. Wasn't sure if I would even get my sod given that my delivery was scheduled for the first day after the Memorial Day holiday and all the rain that came down over the weekend. Fyi, I used to work for a large sod and landscape company in Central Ohio and I know from experience that the sod business is not easy. You all do a very good job. Thanks again.

I haven’t used my soil yet, but Philip Jetti (Jettè) who delivered my 2 bags, went so far out of his way on the forklift, twice, to bring the bags from the place where he had to park his big rig 2 long blocks from my house. He was wonderful. Thanks again, Philip!
