Nice new store, clean. All ordering is through the kiosk, online, or drive-through. Still, it took a while to get the order, but it was good, and it was hot.

Chicken Chalupa Supreme No chicken just sour cream and lettuce after asking to make sure I had chicken in my Chalupa I get 4 small pieces I mean for the cist this is sad not the first time this has happened this all the time

Food was warm and so was the service! Long wait tho and had a few wrong and missing items which there is always 1 or 2 things missing/wrong. Update: Ordered through ubar eats and lost out on 3 food items. Said they made it how it came in, ticket showed otherwise. Tried to make it seem like it was on me for messing up order, or Uber driver for taking items. They should read tickets more carefully. Not happy.
Slight update. They now charge 5 dollars for 4 teaspoons of cheese sauce.?

I was greeted at the drive-thru speaker by a gentleman telling me they were really understaffed and he would get to me when he could.. I completely understand staffing can be an issue, but doesn't seem like a proper greeting. I had a different location tell me they couldn't take my order because he was closing and getting ready to go home (an hour before they closed) about a month ago. Maybe Taco Bell shouldn't stay open so late if they can't find anyone to work.

This store, while improving, is a mess and it's empty drive thru shows it. In an area where nearly every drive through is full and has cars in the lot, I can usually drive right in here. The service has went from bad to worse. My last order was completely wrong and full of tomatoes even though they were told no tomatoes in the order because of a FOOD ALLERGY. Now they are just strait up trying to kill people there. It hasn't helped that their menu has been changing eliminating some favorites. The addition of more and more pre-prepared bagged foods that are substantially lower quality than freshly prepared ingredients has turned this from a fast but fresh food mecca into a dying chain. Many of their foods don't carry out well and their quality becomes so low as to be inedible after even a short drive so I generally dine in.

Tried to order on the mobile app and the order didn’t go thru but I still got charged for it. Went to the drive thru to see if they got my order since I was charged: of course not… The people in the drive thru didn’t really care just told me to delete the app and retry, so I did and got charged again with the order not going thru. Ordered at the drive thru. Tortillas weren’t even cooked. Food was barely warm. I won’t go to Taco Bell or this location again. I’m done. My daughter had a hair in her food. Just nasty, bad service and the app is awful.

I know the app isn’t this particular stores fault but their attitude towards customers using the app is their fault as well as the lukewarm food with hair in it.

Food was great, the service SUCKED!!! The girl at the drive thru on 10-10-24 at appt 2 pm was so rude that I almost didn’t want my food from her. I understand ppl have bad days but this chick needs to pull her head out her ass. To top it off before I could pull out I’d drive thru and around bldg she was already outside smoking. Taco Bell do better….

Visited this location for a drive thru order on 08/21. Overall the experience was positive, there was no line in the drive thru, the employee was courteous and the wait for the food was not terrible. The order was correct, the only complaint is that they forgot the sauce. It’s disappointing when the employee specifically asks if you’d like any sauce, and it’s written on the ticket on the side of the bag, but then no sauce is provided. Other than that the experience was positive.
