Dr Hong has been my doctor for nearly 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him. He always takes his time to listen and addresses my concerns.

Five star is not enough for dr. Hong, I must say he is the best doctor i ever had. Very knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. He really takes time to listen and answer all of my concerns. I had 2 normal deliveries before and sadly my last pregnancy i have to undergo c-section. I was so scared and nervous sinced it’s also my first time, but I put my trust to dr hong that everything will be okay. I really trust him And he didn’t fail me. He really makes sure that me and my baby is safe not only during the surgery but since day one of my pregnancy journey. I highly recommend dr hong. ☺️ He’s the best! ?

Only reason why I'm giving a ONE STAR is because a specific employee; if she can even be called one; is very unprofessional, uncivilized, and spiteful! CRYSTAL is the person who answered the phone when I called to get some kind of help during my stressful pregnancy. She not only dismissed all of the symptoms I entrusted in her but she then brought up some rescheduled appointments, which had nothing to do with my call. I am 32 weeks pregnant and was experiencing some concerning symptoms. CRYSTAL then stated she didn't THINK she thought whatever I expressed to her was what I was thinking. Very CALLOUS. After I asked her for her name she placed me on hold and left me on hold for more than 25 mins. She never got back to the phone to help me. I asked to speak to a manager (ESTELLA) and I have yet to hear from her. THEY NEED PEOPLE LIKE CRYSTAL OUT OF CLINICS! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, GO ELSEWHERE! YOU ARE THERE TO HELP PATIENTS!
