Great breakfast. Country potatoes, scrambled eggs, toast and ham. Cooked perfectly. Potatoes were just right, tender. Ham was even bigger than picture shows, potatoes were covering about half of it. This was only $15.

So maybe it's the small town vibe but I low-key love lumberjacks restaurant. The food was on point even for being open for maybe 1 hour when we walked in.

Whoever runs this place needs to get their act together. A skeleton crew at dinner time is cruel, and the people working there are not having a good time. The lone waitress was as helpful as she could be, but you could see the strain in her eyes. The cook (for only one was on shift) is not compensated enough to care, or was having a really bad day. The steak was as uncooked as possible, and the eggs were the same, more liquid than solid. I wish more companies cared for their employees and/or customers, but this chain clearly does not.

Great food and great service.
I asked for brown gravy to dip my fore’s in and the waitress told me her story about the same, she said that I was going to love the brown gravy and French fries.

If I’m ever driving through town again, I will definitely stop and eat here again.
Service was exceptional, waitresses kept coming back to make sure we were ok and the food was great.

Jack's Mess. Biscuit covered in hash browns, eggs, gravy, cheddar with apple wood smoke sausage patty. And coffee.
Hash browns were crisp and browned, eggs to perfection, biscuit light and fluffy and large. The sausage not too salty or spicy with a wonderful essence of apple wood smoke.
A serving size large enough for lighter appetites to split and share.
The coffee full bodied rich and slight dark chocolate undertone.
A very clean and well maintained dining area.
Ps. The plates and cups are comical in their largeness and weight. One must feel sympathy for waitstaff as well as bussers for the extra weight they are burdened with carrying even empty of food.

Food was great, being from out of town I felt weird the locals didn't seem friendly and we literally sat next to a group who looked like they were from the Manson family....beyond creepy and they smelled made the dining experience gross. There were flies everywhere and that was disgusting my drink the cup had some weird black particles so I asked for a new one which was fine but yeah not going back...the food was amazing just the whole overall experience not worth a trip.

Was coming through town, headed back home to FB and stopped in at Lumberjacks and had an Amazing bbq chicken burger! Hubby had breakfast and daughter had the French dip.
