Ate here tonight with some of children and grandchildren. Some of the most underwhelming chicken I've ever had... seemed like it was twice fried and the "waffle" fries where the very bottom of the fry basket that where fried at least 3 times over it tasted like. See pictures attached.

Also they would not take our order in person, they asked us to order on the kiosk.

Not sure how this PDQ stands for People Dedication to Quality...

Went through drive through today. The food was good. The nuggets were good. I wasn't a fan of either sauce I tried but I am little picky. I liked the crispy chicken sandwich. The bread was sweet, The chicken was crispy.

The experience here at PDQ was a good one. The customer service could have been better. The food was ok nothing that made me say wow. I ordered the parm broccoli ? because im doing Keto. It tasted good and a Lettuce wrap chicken sandwich because I'm doing a form of Keto. It was good. However my husband and I have the same name and it became a problem when ordering. We had to make up a name. So don't have 2 names in your party they will tell you that you can't use that. That in itself almost made me walk away but I decided to stay. The sauces were just ok. The ranch lacking a lil more flavor and the other sauces were fine the PDQ sauce had a lil kick and the honey mustard was sweet. I will have to come back and try the grilled chicken salad. I'll let you know it tastes.

I used to work here, so I'll in include a few PDQ hacks if you're interested.
The quality of the food at PDQ is directly related to how long since it's been fried.
There's a good 30-60 minute window after the chicken/fries are made and they'll taste great, but after that, the quality drops drastically. Keep this in mind for delivery orders! Order from somewhere else if you want fresh, crispy tenders, because you won't be getting them here through delivery. (Still pretty good though.)
All of the food is *supposed* to be made fresh, and typically you won't get served anything that's too old. However, if you go in during slow hours/late at night, you're much more likely to get older food that's past the freshness window. It'll still be tasty, sure, but it's not nearly as good as it could be.
Don't order salads here! They're super overpriced, if you want PDQ chicken on it just order some and make your own salad at home!
The shakes here are nothing special, just like any other fast food place. Tad overpriced.
The broccoli side is just a few pieces with parm cheese sprinkled on top and then microwaved.
Same with the macaroni. It isnt house made,(comes bagged from corporate) and each portion is individually microwaved, so don't expect Chick Fil A quality mac here.
If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your food, complain! The managers are practically required to give you free stuff if the service isn't meeting expectations.
Don't get the tender meal that comes with toast. It's less value than just ordering each item separately.
Conclusion: a fresh basket of PDQ tenders and fries will knock Chick Fil A out of the park any day, but ordering online (especially if you live far away) may give you food that will lead to disappointment. The food on its own is mostly priced fairly, but you'll get a lot more value out of an order of tenders rather than a sandwich. (Psst: order tenders and make your own sandwich with them! You'll get more this way, and the sandwich patties tend to get a little rubbery after being in the fryer, but tenders don't have this issue!)

The food and shakes are the bomb!! My husband and I ordered the 3 pieces tenders meal to go with an oreo milkshake. The tenders were juicy and seasoned perfectly, I barely used the sauce, which they gave me plenty of. The fries perfectly crispy and seasoned well to my liking. The shake was very creamy and had large bits of oreo, which I loved because every sip had a cookie piece in it.

Today was my fourth time going to PDQ I've been going for about 2 weeks and I really like the PDQ salad with grilled chicken. But every time I go the quality of the salad seems to get less and less. Today I ordered two and I would have to put both of those salads together to make one of what I've been getting. And I had to pull ahead and park and wait. The young lady that brought the orders out had four orders for four different vehicles hanging on her arm the dressing in my bag the lid came off it got all over the salad containers all over the bag and made a huge mess. So I'm not sure that I'll ever return to PDQ!!

The service really went down hill over the last 3 years since I left my original review, this used to be one of my favorite spots for lunch but after my last visit I'm never coming back.

There's no reason it should take over 20 minutes just for some tendies and to top it off no ice in the drink machine so that was cool.

Also don't like having some dude get right in my face to ask me if I'm done eating and try to take my tray, like chill no one asked.
