Over all my years of seeing doctors she is one of the best if not the best doctor as a general practitioner that I have ever been to. I feel like she genuinely cares to me, and cares about me, I’m an older patient so it’s the typical old problems is she talks him through me she gives me all the information. I arrived at the office off of Hunter's Creek and it is nestled back in the corner near the end of the parking lot. Easy to find, and plenty of parking. I arrived at my scheduled time however since this was a quick find, I was not given the proper time to.arrive for new patient paperwork. It worked out wonderfully and I had time to answer all the questions and get in and out in an hour. Dr. Cross has excellent bed side manners and maintained eye contact with me throughout. She asked my main concerns and I felt like she knew me already. I have had a difficult time finding someone who understands me. She was supportive of my current regimen and took time to.explain what I need to do in order to create healthy habits. Her staff was welcoming, relatable, and prompt.

She is very incompetent with very poor knowledge in medicine, I’m very disappointed, her nurse on the other hand is very caring of her patients the reason I didn’t leave dr cross earlier was her nurse excellent medical knowledge
